How Greeva Vasti Therapy is Performed:

Pouring of herbal oil:

Oil retention:

Neck Massage:

After removing the dough, the patient is given a gentle neck massage to enhance the therapeutic benefits of oils.

After-care:

Excess oil is removed with a damp cloth or warm water. The patient is advised of some lifestyle tips to improve cervical health. Sudden cold exposure and fast movement should be restrained just after the therapy.
